About
Abdullah Hulusi Kökçam was born in Elazığ, Türkiye in 1987. After graduating from Selçuk University's Industrial Engineering Department in 2008, he completed his master's degree in 2010 and his doctorate in 2017 at Sakarya University. He currently works as an assistant professor at the same university. During his master's studies, he focused on fuzzy project scheduling using meta-heuristic methods, while his doctoral research developed an alternative model for evaluating school performance in university entrance exams. He gained experience in business processes at ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center) from 2012 to 2013. He has participated as a researcher in various BAP (Scientific Research Projects), MARKA (Eastern Marmara Development Agency), and TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) projects. His research interests include meta-heuristic methods, artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, optimization, project scheduling, test performance analysis, and school success. Recently, he has focused on applying machine learning algorithms to problems in diverse fields such as computer science, electrical-electronics, civil engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, materials-metallurgy, geotechnics, and medicine.
